Wiggin Out Salon! Court rules Wiggin Out Salons being "deceptive and made "materially false statements that were misleading", Wiggin Out Salons, Constance Walsh sues customer after selling sample Wig as "Custom Wig"

Wiggin Out Salons vs. Barbara Sanders, public record, Constance Walsh sued customer for returning a wig but Court rules in customers favor, calling Wigging Out Salons statements for "materially false" and "misleading" and "deceiving".

Wiggin Out Salons (Constance Jean Walsh) sold Barbara Sanders a wig, that carried a Sample label inside As A Custom Wig! After a week, the customer was dissatisfied and she returned Wiggin Outs not amazing Cancer Wig to her. Therefore Walsh sued her instead of settling out of court, although Sanders was going through chemotherapy, chemo treatment at that time.

Court Ruling:

The Court finds Plaintiff Wiggin Out Salons made statements to Defendant to purchase the wig. Said statements were materially false, ata time that Defendant knew said statements to be false and misleading. Court finds Defendant detrimentally relied on Plaintiffs statements, believed them in good faith to be true. Upon discovering Plaintiffs deceptions Defendant attempted to cancel the contract and return the wig. Defendant refused to accept the wig as redelivered bz Defendant and claims monies owed on the initial contract. Court finds Defendant owes no monies to Plaintiff. Judgement for Defendant. Plaintiff to take nothing from Defendant.

Court orders Clerks Office to give notice.
