I purchased a hair piece back in September of last year. I paid almost $4500.00. The piece came in and it was wrong and wasn't anything like I had asked for. I sent the hair piece back and still have not received my hair piece and its the middle of March. I have called and asked for my money back and they have chosen to ignore my request only to tell me every time I call and email that to just give them two more weeks, two more weeks. They are a scam and I am so pissed that I waisted all that money and to this day i have nothing to show for it. I have never gotten my hair piece and they haven't responded to my request of a refund. I am in the process of turning this over to the attorney generals office for consumer fraud. I would beware. I can back up all my statements in this review with emails and facts...
