Water Dispencer: Model# GSH225STATSS, SER# HL215271

Purchased Frig late in the water dispenser stoped working, call local (Newton NH) repair man. Told me water line was frozen in door. He aslo stated GE has a fix the part is WR49X10173 to correct the problem. Well the young lady at GE Consumer help was no help. I explained if GE has a fix wht shooud consumer pay to have it fixed, do you think Tyota is charging to fix the issues they created? It make no sence to me to have to spend $ when GE knows of the possible and has not agreed to fix for me at no cost. This will be the last GE product I purchase. The repair man told me he has already fixed several referg with the the same problem (GE Fregs) I'm sure like the women I spoke to in GE consumer help (No help) will not budge, but as a consumer I am very sadened by her responses, she is hust doing her job, Thanks Jack
