Horrible roofing scam

This guy says that you will get it all, drip edge, ice guard, new flashings, vents and ridge vents, etc.in reality, you get none of it. The only thing you get is an absolutely horrible roofing job. I tried to contact this guy numerous times for repairs with no returned calls.
I don't know what else to say, the worst experience of my life. Anyone who is thinking about using this guy for a new roof, YOU ARE CRAZY.
