I got a pop-up offer when I opened another site offering a watch for only S&H. I did not see any info. That said it was a 14 day free trial. They have now taken $99.42 out of my check acct. And refus

I received a pop-up when opening another web sight asking me to participate in a brief survey. If I did the survey I could pick 2 "free" gifts for only shipping. I picked Dermitage, Acai and the watch (which was another pop-up). I complained about the two first offers when I received them because it stated that they were for a 14 day free trial only. I immediately boxed them back up and sent them back. However, when I received the Gfneva (that's what is written on the face of the watch) there was no paper work with it stating that it was a 14 day trial offer.
I have contacted 'my geneva watch.com' and asked them to send me a RMA and address so I could send the watch back. I was informed that I had missed the 14 day trial offer and could not return the watch. The $99.42 for the watch was taken out of my checking account on 3/3/10.
The description of the charge on my checking account is purchase RUSSO WATCHES, phone no. 877-296-0480. I called them and was directed to websitge supp@mygenevawatch.com if I wanted a refund.
I would sincerely appreciate any help you could give me in this matter. I do believe this is a rip-off and should be reported to the proper authorities.
