Be ware of them! They offered you data entry position in order to lure your money!

I was trying to find a part time job when I browsed those post on craigslist.org.
Here are their post: they pretend they are trying to recruit some good person to join their team to do some data entry job.
"In Home Office Looking for someone to help with Accounts Payable and much needed Data Entry; Must be organized, confidentiality, willing to work, and computer skills a big plus. This open position is for either part time or full time. Use your skills in your home office with this position and have the ability of your own fexible hours. Pls. Forward your updated email to: Faithanns. Solutions@ymail.com "
I then contacted with them and send my resume. To my suprise, they asked me to schedule an on-line interview through yahoo messenger. They only said my interview is schduled on a particular day but did not give a specific time period.
When I "talked" to one of their HR person. They asked several very basic questions as you usually did in a regular interview. And, then, they said they need to forward our conversation to some senior person and wait for their decision. Within one minute, they said, congratulations, you are one of our staff now. And they send me a letter of appointment without any basic infromation about them.
What's more ridiculous is their pay rate. They are willing to pay $24/hour for a data entry job. As far as I know, you could never made more than $15/hour for such a simple job! AND, they asked me to buy 5 accounting software to start to work. What kind of job needs all 5 kinds of accounting software! They asked for $145 for two software and they said the other 3 software will be send by company for free. They also guaranteed that they will refund me immediately. If they can really refund me, why don't just send me all of those software for free!!! They asked me to go to the nearest Walmart to send the money to a guy named"Richard Elliott" smyrna, Tenn, 37167.
I must be too polite to tell them the truth. They are scam. I will never pay so much money to someone I barely know, and some company who use messenger to interview people and who do not have a land line and a office address!
What I did not expect is they called me after several hours. An old woman over the phone blamed me why I did not send money to the guy? I was also asked to send him money immediately through internet when I told her an excuse I can not go to walmart now. She warned me that there are so many people waiting to do this job, if I can not send my money immediately, they will pass this opportunity to other good people. I said, OK, go ahead, please pass this valuable opportunity to someone else. Guess what? The person over the telehpone freaked out! She shouted that they are looking for good people and I am bad person who wasting their time. How ridiculous it is!!! If there are so many person cannot wait to send their moeny to you, why do you care about me? Poor person.
By the way, they asked me how would I like to be paid. I said by pay check. They said 'No'. It's company's policy. The company only allows direct deposit or wire transfer. Thanks god I do not disclose my account information to them.in fact, I still feel very bad to give them my resume, my cell number and my address.
I'll never trust a company who do not want to conduct a face-to-face interview or through land line phone call. Please be aware when you are contacted by them! They are not as "Good" as they said.
