Michael comes off as nice guy, but he is a wrongdoer. He stole from a client, and I gues there are cases against him at the Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation.

I know that a team of lawyers were invited to go to a very good firm, and Michael was not invited because of his inability to adapt, or perform in a working environment.

He has been known to steal ideas, and blantantly disregard anyone but himself. He is an ego maniac, and is very habitual in his actions.

He is more of a criminal in his unethical breaches of contract then anyone I might know.
