Sean Michael Cassidy - Labeled a Shyster by Catherine Romano, a co trustee with Marsha Yaeger, of a fraudulent living trust, written for an elder man by the name of Anthony E Mancuso, of Winnetka, California. When Anthony E Mancuso passed away, they did not put any type of death notice or obituary in any local newspapers. The reason for this is because Catherine Romano, Anne Marie McNeley & Marsha Yaeger wanted to steal the whole amount of AEM estate, and make sure Anthony E Mancuso' grandchildren received nothing.
If anyone has had contact with Sean Michael Cassidy I would like to know. I have called him many times, only to get a surrealistic answering machine message. I know of many other people that have called Sean Michael Cassidy, only to get the same weird message. I went to his so called office which was a PO Box in Woodland Hills, California.
I know the trust is a fake because of many years of contact with Anthony E Mancuso, and him saying he does not want or need a trust, a will was good enough for him. The living trust of Anthony E Mancuso was written four months before he died of prostate/lung cancer, and recorded two months before he died while in hospice on morphine. Obviously fraud and forgery by the two trustees and their assistants.
The other fake documents are a Power of Attorney, by notary "Sotera Kungyte Maksvytis", altered Department of Corporation documents, of corporations owned by Anthony E Mancuso. I know these corporation documents are altered, because my wife, as a title officer in the real estate business, handled Anthony E Mancuso" real estate transactions.
