I am the administrator for an animal shelter in Auburn, California. One of our ex-volunteers broke into our website and changed the link to our PayPay, so that when people would click to donate money to us, it would credit her account instead. It was pretty obvious that it was her, because when you clicked on the button, her e-mail address comes up at the top of the page. We finally had to shut our website down, because when she had broken in, she changed the passwords and there was no way to changed them back, since she changed the e-mail address related to that account.

Kathi Duran is wanted on multiple charges in various counties, everything from embezzlement to fraud. The owner of the rescue is in her 80's and this is just a horrible thing since she doesn't know anything about computers or the Internet. She can't understand why someone would do something like this to the animals.
