The Evening Edge, AJC Reach Continues to litter my property with unwanted advertising circulars twice a week

Advertising circulars have been thrown onto my property since 2002. I have repeatedly complained over the years and now and then have gotten it stopped for a few months here and a few months there, but it always starts up again.
This litter is being caused by the Atlanta Journal Constitution.in Dec last year I again put in complaints ad this time started a blog site to record my efforts. I was told by them they would stop. They did not. I put in a BBB complaint, it was ignored at first then when the BBB sent a follow up they responded that they would stop.
Talk is cheap, they not only did NOT stop delivery of the Evening Edge on Thursdays it then started to deliver the AJC Reach on Monday!
50% of the reason I want it stopped is that I am often gone from my Ga. Home, sometimes up to 3 months. One time I retur ned to find 13 (or maybe it was 16?) of these bags of flyers in the driveway. As I keep pointing out in over 30 emails and calls this simply marks your house as one where no one is in residence and invites any burglar who sees it to help themselves.
