Mr. Kessel took $3,850 under false pretences [ purchase shingles] and then dissapeared. Claimed money to go towards materials. Failed to produce receipt. I contacted various agencies. Received small claims default judgement. Have received no money, everything in other peoples names. I spent 4 months with little to show!
