Dishonest Condominium Developer rips-off home buyers

Filed a complaint with Uxbridge District court against Peter Venuto/Philip Sabo and Misty Bay Contruction.

Peter Venuto breached a signed written contract aggreeing to install new storm windows and screens for a condo I purchased from Misty Bay Construction.

Sine September until present Peter has failed to appear in Court. Failed to show cause. And failed to appear in court after being served. I have a court hearing 3/30 I will let everyone know the Magistrates judgement after the hearing.

Let this be a red flag to all who come across it. This guy is completly negligent and irresponsible. He made many promises to me none of which were completed.
