These are con artists! They barely speak english!

I placed my order for the trial, then received it three to four weeks later. I called regarding the shipping charge because by the time I was billed it was over a month old and I forgot about it. Then I get a whopping 85.50 charge on my account, I called again and was told that I had 10 days from the date I placed the order to stop the order. There was nothing on the website stating this fact, I didn't even receive the product for 4 weeks! The person I spoke to refused to let me speak with a supervisor or give me an email address to lodge a complaint and request a refund, I actually don't think she understood much English because she kept repeating her dialogue! When I asked her name and where she was located, all I could get out of her was that she was in Florida, which I'm not certain that she is telling the truth!
