Scammed me by being nice

This lady called and used all the right names to get to me. She was very nice and very polite. She proceeded to tell me that she had great deals for me... Haha. She then told me about these great deals and I fell hook-line and sinker. The 5 boxes came and I opened 3 of them before my boss told me that it was a scam. How do people these people sleep at nite. Very upset about this. I have called twice to only get a recording, have not got an invoice yet... Haha
