Bad customer service from those who's job is to provide the best customer service

I called graven, austin & drake approximately around 1:35pm on 3/3 to find out what i needed to do to receive my w-2 form. I was then notified by a woman who would not give me her name when i asked, that it had already been sent out and asked had i not received it i responed no and she put me on hold. A woman got back on the phone and asked me hoe could she help me i told her i was waiting for someone to come back to the phone with more information regarding my w-2 she stated that they would have to print out another one and i could pick it up on monday. I mentioned to her that i have time sensitive paperwork that needs to be filled out and sent back and i need info from that document, she responed and? So i asked her if there would be a sooner time to pick them up or a corporate number i could call she said no. I asked her what her name is she said no again and hung up. I called back and a woman answered again i asked her for her name she did not respond with an answere but with a question, what is my name? I told her my name and that i was calling in regards to my w-2 and asked her her name again she responed with are you coming on monday to pick up your w-2 i asked her again for her name and corporate office number she hung up again. I had to call back six (6) times, with no one answering and going thru a list of employees before getting her full name and position. I had questions to ask this woman regarding my w-2 that was mailed out already and what address they mailed it to. I'm very concerned at this point cause someone may have my w-2 with my soc sec number on it and this company whom i know longer work for will not give me the time of day to find out where my w-2 may be.
