Oxygen Concentrator Problem

My husband has been going to this place on Sundays and Wednesday for years. He now has lung cancer and uses a portable oxygen concentrator, which he brings with him when he plays Bingo for the last 2 years. Now they say we can bring the concentrator, but we must sit in the non smoking area, which has no bath room. If my husband has to go to the bathroom, he must carry the concentrator thru the smoking area. We sit in the smoking area, when we go, in a corner by a electric plug to supply the concentrator with power, because the games last for several hours, and the location of the seats we use are close to the bathroom. The point I am trying to make is he would still have to be in the smoking area with the concentrator to go to the restroom.
