Security deposit not refunded

We rented the town house located 26155 Explorer rd, Punta Gorda, Fl from 2/1 to 2/14. We sent a security deposit of $200 to be refunded at departure. We paid $1475 at arrival which included $125 for cleaning fee. At time of departure, we communicated with Ellen Bourque and we were told that someone would come to inspect the place and give us our deposit back. The person who came did not inspect the place, spoke very little english, did not have our deposit and just picked up the key. We have contacted Suzan Paul and Ellen Bourque by phone and e-mail several times in vain. Today March 3, we still have not received our $200 security.
