Allied Brokerage Services They closed shop overnight and stole investor's money

I hired Texas Lease Houses back in June to manage my property. Their job was to collect rent from the tenant, and deposit the money into my account. Every month, they kept getting later and later. Finally, they didn't pay me for the past 2 months. So, I went to their office and found that they had moved completely out of the office overnight!
I found the owner's name and found that his real estate license was inactive. His name is Matthew Misczak and his license number is 591726. Do your research if you're looking for a reliable property management company and ask what their license number is. Do your homework. I didn't, and it cost me $4,100.
My goal now is to find a good attorney and try to collect some of the money that Mr. Misczak has stolen from me. As I am sure there are MANY investors that lost out on this guy, and that a class action lawsuit may be in order.
