Voiceconnectinc.com Terrible Service, Terrible Customer Service

We have had nothing with trouble with this company from the day we signed up with them. We signed up with them November 15 and the account was not set up amd able to be used until mid December. Their "live operators" are clearly in another country and have no idea what they are doing. After hearing complaints from potential clients regarding the operators, I called the number myself and pretended to be a client. The operators was very rude each time I called. They sounded clearly like they were reading a script and not even trying to sound like they knew what they were doing. When I asked specific questions, the response was "I don't know". For $100 per month they could at least try to make it sound slightly professional. After I decided to go back to the company I was using previously, I called voice connect and talked to customer service. After explaining to them that I needed to port my number out and cancel my account - they told me that after the number was ported, the account would be closed and I would be refunded any money not used in the billing period. Well, my number was ported a week ago and today I had another $98.00 charge in my checking account from them. After calling them and then emailing them they told me that they NEVER told me my account would be cancelled. WHY would my account NOT be cancelled after my number is no longer even with their company??? These people are liars, their service is horrible and their customer service is horrible. We were pressured into purchasing their service at a Kris Kirschner event. If I had looked them up on the Better Business Bureau before I signed up, I would have seen the 16 complaints int he past 2 years!!
