Aol, Inc
Stole money

Miscellaneous

AOL was not authorized to take $251.77 from my checking accounting. They claim that because over 4 years ago I gave them my account information for a ONE time transaction that they can now continue to use this and take the money out as long as they email me at an email that has been dormant for over 6 months that constitutes authorization to remove the funds. When I requested that the funds be put back immediatly they refused and said I was on a no money back plan. As this is payment for a whole year if I cancel I will still be obligated to pay them so they can keep the money they took from me with out authorization. This is fraud and I will get my money back with interest and I will be checking on line for anyone who has a law suit pending with AOL and hop aboard as these people need to stop riping off people. They also need to bring jobs back tot he U.S. So you can deal with people who have an understanding and not programed like a robot to read a transcript. I am also going to email Arthur Minson and Eoin Ryan at the AOL corp office and see how they are going to handle this. Beware never do a debit over the phone with an account that you use on a daily basis as your bank will not stop the fund transfer unless it is notified before it happens, it is not like a credit card and can not be disputed.
