Appraisal Fee Taken Again Five Months After Loan Cancelled

These people came into my checking account, took money out for an appraisal the same day they cancelled the loan. My bank charged this back, 5 months later they came back and took money out again, saying we approved the fee. (appraisal was never done and this was the only authorization we gave). Michelle Townsend (supposed stupidvisor) refused to fax or email proof of authorization and they refuse to put a new supervisor on the phone.
