Deidre Vaughn Refused to Return Double Shipped Merchandise

Ms Vaughn ordered some pens from my company and asked that they be delivered within 5 business days. My supplier made a mistake and double shipped the order. Ms Vaughn received her order within the time frame requested, and also received a second shipment several days later.

I have contacted her several times offering to sell the second shipment of pens to her at a discounted price or to have them picked up and returned for free, but she has ignored all requests for an answer. She simply decided to keep the additional shipment of 500 pens without paying for it.
