Complaint against Toyota of Cali. F

Due to faulty design of oil pump in my toyota camry 2000 4 cycl my engine recently seized. Numerous calls to toyota in calif referring to a class settlement suit that resulted in cars 1998 receiving CSP certificate. When I enquired why I didn't receive notice, they said they didn't know of any settlement.
In despiration I tried contacting toyota of Calif. Headquarters; they weren't taking any messages. Finally I had my mechanic do the repair. Due to faulty design of the oil pump, the engine wasn't being lubricated, heated, broke the piston rod which damaged the oil pan and engine seized. Mileage is 45000. Have photos.
