Inability to reach company by phone - international calls

I am a subscriber with Omniat. I have not been able to use the service lately. I could not reach you at the usual phone number 1-866-6664280 nor at any other number. I dialed 1-800-900-1157 and was asked for a "card number " I put My phone number 973-2284453, but was told this is an invalid number. I was never asked before for a card number.
