Charged over 400 more to credit card then quoted

We had a good time with the guide we had, but the company charged us over 400$ more than what was quoted on the phone to us. When we told them this was not right they called us liars, and proceeded to curse at my father. We then told them we would be booking our next trip with another of the 500 guides on the lake and our friends will also. Some witch had booked numerous times with Tinkers in the past. They simply said we are the largest guide service on this lake and it doesn't matter if you book with us again or not.
