Walmart's federal tax return check cashing is a scam. They have some fly by night check cashing service with a p.O. Box in Tampa Florida who declines refund checks but only after they take all your PERSONAL INFORMATION. The piece of paper the decline is on has a number and a voice recording asks for your personal information AGAIN. Please do not go to walmart for this service... They are personal information gleaning.
IT IS A HOAX A SHAM AND A SCAM!!!
I went to the Quincy Massachusetts Walmart and they declined all those trying to cash guaranteed government checks. I walked away. I had planned to spend some serious money there from now on any other store will get my money first.
