I am posting this basically to raise awareness and to warn people about this slumlord.
If you ever find your self in Oklahoma and are looking for a rental you do not want to rent anything in which the ad has this phone number 918-476-5556. This number belongs to a person in the Chouteau and Bartlesville area that makes a living out of renting people dumps. We just recently moved here and were looking for a place. We saw this person's ad for a mobile home rental and called him. When we went to look at it the place was less then perfect but he assured us repairs would be made before we moved in. My husband much against my wishes put a deposit down on it. When he went down to check to see if the electricity had been turned on the front door to this dump was wide open the only thing this pig of a landlord did to the place was replace the vents. The place was filthy and all the fixtures on the walls were fallen off. This was due to rot inside the mobile home itself the ceiling was soaking wet and fallen in. The stove did not work etc. When my husband called to tell him he had changed his mind we wouldn't be taken it because of the condition it was in This pig refused to refund our deposit. We never moved into the place who would??? He was given 360.00 and told my husband that he would return 100.00 of it. The money is not the issue here cause this pig can have it and hopefully choke on it. The point is to let people Know that unless you want to be taken advantage of do not call this person or contact this person for any kind of rental property.
