Company makes unauthorized monthly charges to your card

I'm embarrassed to say I didn't catch on right away, but when I wound up with a negative balance today in my checking account, I looked at my statement and noticed a $12.00 monthly charge from this company. At first, I thought I must have forgotten a charge as the amount was so small, who would "rip me off" for such a small amount. Well, as I read each month, I realized this company was charging this small amount to my account every month (sometimes skipping a month and never at the same time of the month).

I have never heard of this company until they started charging my card. I would never sign up for some shopper discount system. I never received any discounts for anything either, so what are you supposed to be saving on? I now have to change my card number (which I knew by heart) and fight to get the charges removed. Never mind the fees from being put in a negative balance on three occasions because of this crooked company. I will never see that money again! They count on idiots like me who don't question small occasional charges to their cards thinking they must have forgotten a purchase.
