Unauthorized charges to my account / employee rip-off

After more than a year my fashion bug charge account was still the same amount. Payment after payment each month did not change my account balance. Finally last month I looked real close at my statement and under charges there was a $25 charge to my account, looked at the month before, and same thing! Plus the finance charge monthly of $5 and something cents, which makes it over $30 in finance charge each month.

I had made no purchases on my account for quite some time trying to get my balance down. I was at my credit limit and could not make any purchases. When I discovered this I called our local Grants Pass, Or. Fashion Bug went over all this to the employee who answered the phone and got absolutely knowwhere with her. I was given only a long distance number to call, which I explained I have no long distance on my phone to keep my bills down each month. Still she said nothing she could do.

Someone at that same store had to be making the fraudulent charges of $25 those months in question, and as soon as I brought it to the store's attention the charge was not on my next statement. Now knowone could have gotten ahold of my card because I had burned it almost a year ago. My balance remains the same, and no resolve...
