Randy Taylor, DDS Doesn't take notes and won't fix shoddy work

Make sure Dr. Taylor makes notes of needed repairs, otherwise he won't fix it. Put on a crown for me and it broke 3 days later. Verbally said he'd replace it but never made a note in my chart. It was never replaced. Also, never made me a bite guard I needed and had to get one made at another dentist before I completely ruined several thousand dollars worth of dental work. Beware when using his services.
