Request made to make some small website changes. Jordan replied. Requested $75 advance. Money paid via paypal. Jordan never performed workl. Excuses that money was paid to an "artist" who ripped him off, and that paypal would refund.
My money never refunded despite repeated attempts to contact.
If he cheats you out of only $75, just imagine what would happen if you have a full-scale project where he asks more for an advance.
