KCH Kara Custom Homes claims to be a responsible company but refuses to honor warranty work to repair obvious defects

I purchased my home in August that was built by KCH and have had non stop issues with them since that date. It started with some of the finishing touches on the house such as vent covers for the bathroom fans which weren't installed until late January. After that, Hurricane Ike had caused a tree to fall onto the roof above my daughters room resulting in internal damage. We had KCH perform the repairs, thinking that since they built the house they could match paint colors and carpet colors.
