Refunds

I ordered a P.O. Box on line May 5 at usps.com and on May 6 I changed my mind and canceled. I have gotten the run around since for a refund. I been told by several people "It is not my job to process refunds". Well who's job is it. I have called every telephone and have spoken to at least 6 people and have sent numerous e mails and have gotten the same response. To date no refund. I know the government is having money problems, but so is everyone else. How dare they keep my money for a product I do not have and which was returned, if you will. Don't ever use usps.com and expect a refund if you change your mine about their products.
