Reduce my ohio taxes and workers comp. Because i'm disable and cant pay them

I applied in 2005 they said they could help me i payed 4,500 to themto help me. They promised they could i have all the response to them as of 2009 i think in november. I owe a lot and i needed to get this resolved its been awhile so i contacted them be e-mail and i couldn't get through.

Called on the phone it said it was no longer a working number, both numbers i had. I really needed to get this done now i'm probably really in trouble now. Thank for your concern. All i have to do is cry now.
