Hamilton County Chiropratic
Did not complete forms for workermens comp, sent to collections and now reporting negative on credit report!

In 2005 my family and I moved from Northeast Ohio to Noblesville, IN.in Ohio, my husband was injured on the job and was receiving back pain care through workmens comp. When we moved to Indiana the Ohio workmens comp gave us the name of Hamilton County Chiropractic so that my husband could continue his treatment for the remaining time he was allowed.

After continued visits we received a bill from Hamilton County Chiropractic stating that we owed them $200 in fees. We explained again about the workmens comp and they were suppose to submit it.

Then again we receive another bill, now past due. We contacted the Ohio Workmens Comp and was told that Hamilton County Chiropractic did not complete their paperwork to continue to be part of the program and all they needed to do was submit the form and they would pay them. We called Hamilton County Chiropractic and explained what was going on and once again were told they would get it handled.

This went on for months, we would receive bills, call explain and get the same story but nothing was done. Then we were sent to collections and again had to explain what was going on with the issue and call Hamilton County Chiropractic to tell them to have the collections people stop calling us. Again it was explained it would be handled right away.

Well it is now August almost three years later, and we are still receiving collections calls and we just found out that they filed a negative charge off on my husbands credit. This is not something we OWE, they as a company did not complete the needed paperwork, this was approved by the Ohio workmens comp to be paid all they had to do was file the proper paperwork.

NOW I still have collections calling me, I'm still calling them to get an answer and its on my husband credit as a negative.

I want the calls to stop, I want this wiped from my husbands credit and I want it done NOW! But calling them does nothing for me as it has for 3 years now.

What can we do??
