Ordered plastic covers for bowls they charged 19.75 for shipping and handling can't get money back

This company has quite the scam going they get you to purchase these plastic covers for your dishes offering the first ones free then for $5.95 you can get extra sets then charge 19.75 for shipping and handling. I called their toll free number and you could tell that the man who took my information has had many calls similar to mine, he said there was nothing he could do to help and that there was no one else I could speak with I told him to take my phone number and to have someone else higher up to call me. I'm sure I won't hear from the company.
