Misleading web page claimimg free credit reporting

Key Credit Report claims to provide a free credit report, which they provide an additional link to https://www.annualcreditreport.com/. KCR provides a reporting service for 180 days for $84.00, however within their terms the $84 is not mentioned on the initial webpage. After receiving the username and password, a link is provided and the $84 is mentioned. After discovering, the cost, I immediately contacted KCR to cancel. I was told that my account was cancel and shall be refunded with a email notification of cancellation will be provided within 24 hours. The refund nor the cancellation email notification has been processed. I continuously call the 1-800-314-1381 number, and have spoken to numerous supervisors and customer service representatives. I have been provide with two different email addresses to receive status on my refund and both reply back with undeliverable statements. I asked to speak to a manager, however management does not arrive until 10AM PST. The supervisors or CSR's will not transfer me to the manager nor provide a name.
A very dishonest company.
