Terese Clifton Cashed my $300 check for a desk and refused to deliever the desk purchased

I gave Terese Yarnell a check in the amount of $300 for a vintage desk for her to paint and deliver to my home. Terese cashed my check the very next day then raised the price of the desk to $400 and gave me the option to have my check reimbursed or pay the $400 for the desk. I choice the option to get reimbursed - there were many emails back on forth on when I can expect my refund for a desk which I never had possession of. Terese has refused to refund the check and refuse to deliver the desk I purchased for $300 to have it painted and delivered.

Do not buy from Terese - my other friend bought a vintage stool from her and she had a similar experience as well.

Terese Yarnell also goes by Terese Clifton or so obsolete and is often at flea markets in the Upland or Pasadena area.
