Caitlin & kelsey cb blowout will not return calls or refund money owed

I have been told by cb blow you off! Aka cb blowout, numerous times that they will send me back $76.88 they owe me, this started 1/15, they will not return calls, keep saying that they are sending it to their refund dept:
armando chavez called me once when i ordered the phone, & the others just keep lying, i also see that they are not above ripping off our service men who are serving in iraq... Way to go... I have sent complaints to the attorney generals office the ftc & the fbi... I wonder what it takes to stop their disgusting business practices. The local chamber of commerce didn't even return my request to intervene.
