RIP OFF, i ordered a phone and it never came, nor will they respond back to me or retun my money

I ordered a cell phone from cellular-blowout back in january and 3 months later i have not recevied my cell phone and get no response from cellular-blowout when i email them nor will they return my phone calls and will not RETURN MY MONEY i get the same thing when i check my order status, that it is back logged but we will send you a free car charger for the inconveince, if anyone plans to buy a phone from this company please think twice, its a scam, they will not send you a phone or return and calls or emails and will not return your MONEY.
