I have played at this site for 5 years. So I know their rules and regulations better than most of the employees. They change the rules and add new ones constantly making it almost impossible to get a withdraw. Now, don't get me wrong I have received withdraws from this site. But I have been declined too many times to count, mostly for bogus reasons. The most recent was 2 days ago. I was told they didn't have an update for one of my documents. Only for them to admit later that they did have it, and they made a mistake, however they were not willing to do anything about it. There are tons of rules and regulations to get a withdraw approved, and if they run out of reasons to decline you, they will just make up new ones. There is no customer service at all, they are rude, unknowledgable, you will always be misinformed. They claim to be off shore gaming, how ever if they call you, the call always comes from Atlanta Georgia. I believe they are breaking major internet gaming laws.
