James Burick Jewlers Warehouse pay attention or you will get taken for all you got!

February This place was a total rip off and waste of time. They have set themselves up as a "Wholesale Jeweler" yet all the prices are full retail.

Seems more like a pawn shop since he buys and sells gold from retail customers. Saw two transactions where retail customers pawned their jewelry to this place.

I had a couple of diamonds that I wanted to set in some gold earrings. Since I did not carry the diamonds with me I didn't have exact size so this guy told me to take three different pairs to try out the size. He gave me a price for the earrings but when he ran my credit card the receipt showed that he had charged me double the amount that he quoted. He said the price was per earring and not per pair.

I also noticed that the earrings did not have earring backs. When I asked about this I was told that the earring backs don't come with the earrings, they cost extra.

The guy would not give a refund even though he suggested I "try out" three pairs of earrings to fit my diamonds. He instead gave me credit since I only needed one pair of earrings and even then tried to increase the price of the pieces that I had picked out and was already given a quote for.

I was sure to try and keep the pieces within the cost of store credit and he kept changing prices on me saying "Oh that has stones so the stones are extra"!!!

Seriously?! This place is unable to give you a clear answer on anything but most importantly this place can't give a straight answer on their pricing.

You won't know what the final bill will be until you see your credit card receipt. Save yourself the stress of being ripped off and stay away from this place.
