No"100% money back guarrenty" refund

I was contacted by E-mail to help lower my mortgage payments. This company stated in its contract they have a "100 % money back guarrenty" so I figured I had nothing to loose. I gave them $2995.00 to help me. They responded and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I've now spent the last 6 months trying to get my money refunded. I've filed with the BBB, FTC, State Attorney, Dept. Of Real Estate, and even a private lawer with no responce from them. I now have contacted the FBI for internet fraud.
