I purchased a wig and item WAS NOT as pictured and I wanted an full refund.
On Saturday January 23, I purchased an lace front wig named Tara for $195.00 from www.miraclehairbeauty.com. On the order form I requested that the company advise if the item was fully refundable before they processed my charge. This was ignored the charge was made and the item was sent to my on Friday January 29. Upon receiving the item i notices it looks very fake and is not even as pictured. On, Monday February 1, I emailed the company requesting instructions on how to send this item back to the company. All of my ten requests were ignored until finally someone emails me back to tell me that the invoice (which came with the item says no refund). What good is that I have the item in hand. Plus on their site it SAID 30 days for a refund. Of course now they have updated their site.
