Portfolio Asset Group Threaten to take further collection actions against me on a account which has been paid and settled when I won the case against them

I obtained a notice from Phillips & Cohen Affiliates, Ltd. 02/09/10 declaring that I ownd some credit Radio Shack within the quantity of 239.50. Our first reaction was to toss the notice within the garbage, that we did, but I simply got back out. The key reason why I did so toss the notice out since I've never been within a Radio Shack, much-less possessed them anything.
I just now obtained another notice day 02/17/10 the following: Dear — you might have obtained a notice from our workplace which recommended a lender apart from that in the above list.in that case, please overlook that notice. The right data is included above. Today they're saying I owe exactly the same quantity but to some other lender, Entrance.in my opinion these peope want to rip-off cash in the customer and really should be halted.
