Under the name of bobby gerrard Paypal fraud

I was selling an item and a guy under the name bobby gerrard offered more than the intended price and asked to pay through paypal. I kept recieving messages from a fraud paypal saying i need a tracking code and he gave me an address to send it to:

COUNTRY: Nigeria.

I then recieved a payment statement through from paypal saying they accidently payed 210 into my account instead of 110 so they could not transfer the money into my account untill i sent them the hundred pound back to the address above via western union. I then phoned paypal to see if the money had actually gone through and they said no money had been sent.
