Train your people to be kind courteous and aware of the long lines you tend to create. If you have 2 windows avail they both should have customers at all times... Things like coupons and phone calls can be handled by techs or pharmst. Your customers need to be first. You should also not have food around for people to see. There was Panera I'm assuming lunch. Within 5 feet of where prescriptions are being filled. Dont you have break rooms??
