Luxe furniture store stole my money (The branch in Dulles, VA)=mini Madoff scam

On 10/29/09 I bought 5 pieces of furniture from this store. I paid 800$ cash and almost 2800 credit. They promised 2-4 wks delivery... It never happened, upon multiple calls, finally they returned my call in January that the furniture will be delivered in the week of Jan 25th... It never happened. Now the store is closed and nobody picks up the phone at the delivery Dept. Or at the store. I tried Norwalk furniture (since that's what my credit card charge was under in my statement), they claimed they can not help me for 2 reasons: 1- That store in Dulles, VA is an individual owned store, and 2- The vendor of the furniture that I bought was Homeelegance and not Norwalk so nothing was listed under my name in their master website! (note that the charge on my CC was under "Norwalk Furniture"-and I was not even listed as a customer???) I am in the process of disputing the charge on my CC-not sure after almost 4 months it will work but hoping it will, but I also paid the store 800$ cash that I have to get back. I like to take them to court. I do not believe that I am the only person that they stole money from. Seems like they are running a mini-Madoff scam and they will pay for it. Cents per cents.
