After 6 weeks no furniture or no answers!

On Dec 26 My husband and I purchased a headboard and mattress from Luxe Interiors. On the order form it states that we should have received the merchandise in 4 weeks. 4 weeks turned into 6 weeks! As of February 11 we have not received anything! From January 20 we have been calling the "Service/Delivery" Department, however nobody is there. We have left numerous messages and yet, no return calls! We were finally fed up so we decided to go into the store. Sandra was introduced to us. We explained everything to her and she said unfortuantly she could not look anything up, we would have to contact the "Service/Delivery" Department. I mentioned to Sandra that nobody is available, we left several messages, and her response to me was, "We are short staffed, only 1 girl works there and her Mother just had back surgery." She said she would let their "Service/Delivery" department know we need a credit issued. I told her how can they process the credit when nobody is there?! She also told me all of the snow was preventing people from being in that Department... However, what happend to the 3 weeks prior that we have been calling and have not been able to reach anyone! Today I called the Showroom again and spoke with Sandra. She said there is no higher authority besides her and (Larry Wolfe) son of owner (Brenda Wolfe). Again, Sandra gave me the run around as to who I need to contact for a refund. So, 7 weeks later, no furniture, no refund! This store is a fraud and I would love for any news outlet to do some background work on this store/chain. Something is not right!
