I received a letter from P.N. Financial & Associates at the top right hand side of the letter reads the docket number 123885-ID-01142 then my social number that match my social then a account number that in reference to my old closed bank account is not the same. Then the creditors name it lists Cash net USA and a Judgment amount for $1,875.00 note this letter was mailed to me 7/20 ignored it until lately family was calling me in reference to a law firm that was calling and asking all sorts of questions in regards to this same company claiming they were going to have a law suit on me I called this number back on Feb. 18 to ask them a few question about a settlement offer when I got a threading phone call from a Man that asked if I was who I was and I said yes and claimed to say that he had my Id and social and read them to me and claimed they had my Id and only my Id as collateral and if I didn't pay this they would have my license suspended I told them I don't have a Pay day loan and he claimed someone did and used my information he then told me that if I didn't pay it I was going to be arrested for fraud so I said ok what is it that you want from me he said since I didn't know about it he would settle for 496.00 so I gave him a prepaid card and he gave me a Id number and a reference number and said he would run it on the card the 22nd of this month when I loaded the card. When I called this number back he gave me 888-908-9559 he answered and then when I called the other number back from p. N and asked them about who represents Cash net you or this other person claiming to represent Cash net Usa they didnt know anything about this other company and claim I owe this money I told them they better call this other person then because I made a settlement with them and the man named Robert from P. N said he would call me back on the 18th and I haven't heard from him since.in any case since this time I put a hold on that card, and I am glad I Google them and found this web site and found out they did this to someone else I am very thankful and great-full I did and hope this will help others as it did me thanks so so much.
